Frequently asked questions
We always triage the kiln and ensure people leaving the area get early firing. We get your items fired as soon as possible after your workshop or party. Please allow at least 48 hours for the firing and cooling down. If you are here on holiday, we are more than happy to send your items via Royal Mail for a small charge, just let us know.
The Family drop in sessions are ideal for early years, primary school ages and parents. These sessions are just 1.5 hours. Anyone can attend, but we are strict on the time limit.
Book binding, fabric block print and ceramic kitchenware sessions, which are three hours long are suitable for anyone aged over 8 years old.
We are very accommodating with people with SEND or vulnerable adults.

To do it really well, we can accommodate 12 people. However we have been known to have up to 18 people but it's a squeeze! Minimum number is 4 people for any kind of party. Please do call us to chat about what you would like as we have many add ons and are very flexible.
