Mother's Day Tearoom

We are so excited to bring the Mother's Day Vintage Tea Room back for 2024!  We have not been able to run it for a couple of years. We hope we are now coming out of the post Covid gloom and looking forward to enjoying special and unique events.   It is one of our favourite celebrations, where we bring nostaglia and fabulous service to the table. 

We turn the Kitchen Front into a 1940s’ tea room with Nippy Waitress service, proper table cloths and fine bone china. It really is a very special occasion for all the family. We only seat 16 people at any one time, so it is small, intimate, very personal with great attention to detail. This really is an opportunity to celebrate your mums, aunties, God-Mothers, grand mothers, step mothers, adopted mums and favourite ladies in your life. 

We will be in touch with you to confirm your booking slot and take your personalised message for the hand painted gift. All slots are 1.5h. Please tell us about any dietry request, we are able to cater for gluten-free, diary-free, or vegan. This year's special gift will be a spoon rest, if you would like  your mum's favourite saying, please let us know.  For more information please call  01288 350107.

Included in £20 is a full savoury and sweet morning or afternoon tea; proper loose leaf tea and artisan coffee; a hand painted, personalised, ceramic gift for all the special ladies attending; personalised ration book menu to keep and live music from Elizabeth Rose. Feel free to bring your own champagne!
