COMMUNITY PROJECTS/ EVENTS
We hold lots of mini events here at The Kitchen Front… 1940s’ tea room weekends, history talks, art exhibitions, dances and fund raising events. We love our community and we believe in The Kindness Economy. Everybody is welcome.
We support programmes for local community groups and schools with art projects and regularly raise funds for local charities. You can find us at 1940s re-enactment events where we present ourselves as American Red Cross Volunteers, known as the Donut Dollies where we serve real coffee and donuts to the troops and do education display about food and rationing.
