We are open Tue- Saturday 10am – 5pm. In a little corner of our shop, we can seat up to just 8 people. Please do give us a call the day before to book on 01288 350107 as we get very busy!  Pre-booking allows us to prepare for any special dietary needs and offer a wider range of sandwiches and cakes. Thank you ever so much for your co-operation. It just means we can give a better service.

Large pots of loose leaf tea or coffee and choice of original 1940s recipe cakes. None of that modern stuff you know! This is like a little living history tea room, as you sit at a table laid with fine bone china, a replica Wartime newspaper to read and the strains of big band swing in the air.

We have been called a ‘little gem of a place’ and a a ‘really unique 5 star experience’. We offer a fabulous alternative to take away coffee and cake. Come and sit, relax and enjoy our very special calm atmosphere.
